Card Reading Order Form

Complete this form by entering following the instructions below to select and record your cards. Send the completed form along with a cheque for £10 (GBP) written out to Annie Wilson to: Annies Garden, 10 Arns Grove Alloa, Scotland, FK10 2EE. Alternatively you can send concealed cash (wrap it in part of a black bag for e.g.), though it is safer to send a cheque.

Instructions for Selecting your Cards

• Buy a new pack of ordinary playing cards.
• Remove the jokers, any other non playing cards, plus all the small cards up to and including the 6s and put them away, leave only the 7s up to aces.
• I need your personality card to sit in the centre of the spread, and this cards denotes your status in the home.
  • If you are the lady of the house, take out the queen of hearts and lay this on the table in front of you.
  • If you are the man of the house you are the king of hearts.
  • If you live with parents or are in lodgings, then you are the 8 of hearts if female or jack of hearts if male.
• Give the remaining cards a good shuffle, then take out 12 cards at random. Don’t look at the cards as you choose them, but turn them over one by one after you have chosen them, and write down what each card is as you turn them over. e.g. choose your first card, turn it over and if it is the Ace of Hearts then write - 1) Aof H. then choose your second card and turn it over and write it as 2) ? then 3) ? and carry on until you have chosen your 12 cards. I need to know the order in which you choose the cards as I put them in a certain spread on my table with your personality card in the middle.
